The redesign of this student housing clubhouse created a playful, modern, and layered design to reflect the vibrant student life of the surrounding University of South Carolina (USC). With the recent rebrand that captured the essence of the USC Gamecock spirit, the art package needed to match this youthful tone. The collection is a mix of quirky, energetic pieces offset with geometric works that are inspired by the various finishes throughout.

In the end, met/gal partnership with the interior design team brought a high-end, yet budget-conscious aesthetic representative of the vibe of the current tenants, while also helping market to prospective residents. This was achieved using a mix of custom commissions sprinkled with prints and available artworks. The goal of the management team was threaded throughout the whole process: to provide students with a quality living experience during the best years of their life.

“I admire the loose yet focused reign on things that met/gal brings to this type of project. The revision process is always smooth and stress-free, thus yielding the best result possible. I felt like I was trusted while being offered constructive and informative feedback.”
